Logging Into WebMail

It is recommended that you change your password after your first login.

  1. Login to Webmail.
    1. Type http://mail.yourdomain.com/webmail. (Substitute your own domain name in the example.)
  2. Type in your User ID, and Password.
    1. Your User ID is your full email address. Example, "yourname@yourdomain.com".
    2. Your Password was provided by phone or email.

Changing Your Email Password

  1. Login to the Email Administration Console.
    1. Type http://mail.yourdomain.com/admin. (Substitute your own domain name in the example.)
  2. Type in your User Name, Domain Name and Password.
    1. Your User Name or User Account is the name of your email account. Example, "jdoe@yourdomain.com", where "jdoe" is your User Name.
    2. Your Domain Name is the name of your website. Example, "www.yourdomain.com", your Domain Name is "yourdomain.com".
    3. Your Password was provided by phone or email.

  3. The Main Menu will appear. Follow the directions on the screen to change your password.
